What you will do in your working day

  • Responding to customers by phone and email

The training you will be getting

The apprentice will work towards the Customer Service Practitoner Standard. This will be through remote group training once a month and 1-1 training and review meetings.

Maths and English Functional Skills will be delivered either remotely or in person if required.

Things to consider

Candidates need to have a genuine interest in electronics and machinery. A driving licence would be an advantage as site visits will be part of your training. This apprenticeship is available now, a successful applicant would need to start in March or early April.
