You will start out liaising with customers, processing orders and provide 1st line technical support to customers over the telephone. The team will give you full training to develop your skills to provide a high level of technical support.

What you will do in your working day

The training you will be getting
The apprentice will work towards the Customer Service Practitoner Standard. This will be through remote group training once a month and 1-1 training and review meetings.
Maths and English Functional Skills will be delivered either remotely or in person if required.
