What you will do in your working day

To be responsible for managing applications and the onboarding process and handling administrative requests from vendors as well as all administrative duties in accordance with business requirements and to agreed quality standards.

  • Managing vendor applications and ensuring they meet quality needs
  • Onboarding vendors in target areas
  • Handling administrative queries from vendors
  • Use of the project management portal to maintain database accuracy
  • Negotiate with suppliers
  • Assist with internal audits within the department
  • Take personal responsibility for ensuring that personal information is used fairly and lawfully within GDPR guidelines, report any personal data security incidents immediately and abide by the Information Security Policy detailed in the Staff Handbook
