What you will do in your working day

To support delivery of efficient and effective Services whilst learning about the work of the Company and developing your career, gaining valuable work experience and a recognised qualification.

Duties will include:

  • Provide essential administrative assistance to the office teams
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers, via email and telephone
  • Support delivery of the company services, ensuring service processes are always followed
  • Provide information and guidance to clients
  • Maintain In-house IT Systems ensuring that data entered is accurate and up-to-date, produce reports
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the services provided are meeting their needs
  • Attend in-house training and external apprenticeship training as and when required

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you could progress within the company to become a Bookings Facilitator or Training Co-ordinator.
