What you will do in your working day

Duties include:

Guided Tours:

  • Conduct guided tours of the co-working space, showcasing its features and amenities, highlighting the unique aspects of our community to potential members
  • Seamlessly manage both sporadic ‘walk-in’ tours and those pre-scheduled via The Space website

Managing The Space Inbox:

  • Respond promptly to enquiries and provide relevant information about membership options
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming tone in all communications
  • Take ownership of organisation functions, filing and approach

Overseeing the CRM:

  • Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, exploring new functionality within our member platform, Nexudus, to continually improve our offering
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date member records, working with the Marketing Team to introduce automated messaging

Member Experience:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all members.
  • Pro-actively address member concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Look for ways to continually elevate member experience, regularly feeding back to the Management Team

Event Planning:

  • Plan and execute community events, workshops, and networking opportunities, in collaboration with the Marketing and Management Teams
  • Engage with members to create a vibrant and engaging community calendar

Operational Requirements:

  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks such as restocking, tidying, and maintaining a clean and organised front desk area

Community Engagement:

  • Participate in community engagement initiatives to promote the co-working space
  • Contribute ideas for marketing activities that enhance the community spirit
