What you will do in your working day

Duties to include:

·         Updating contractor records and calendars.

·         Scanning and filing documentation.

·         Collating and distributing meeting minutes.

·         Use of computerised maintenance management software for issuing planned and reactive maintenance tasks.  

·         Creating and maintaining databases for compliance records.

·         Stock count and ordering of consumables.

·         Prioritise workload and show attention to detail.

·         Undertake training on other areas of the business, to enable a wider skill base and continue your personal development.

·         Attend training facilities and assessment periods as and when required by the company, to fulfill your educational commitment.

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard.

Support with English and Maths if required.

Work based learning.

End Point Assessment.
