Role Overview:

As a Business Administrator Apprentice at TJS Electrical Ltd, you will be an integral part of our administrative team, contributing to the smooth operation of various departments. Your role will encompass a range of tasks to support the day-to-day functioning of the company.


Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to different departments including accounting, Marketing, sales, project delivery and senior preconstruction management, ensuring efficiency and organisation

Record Keeping:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases, contributing to effective data management


  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring clear and prompt communication within the organisation

Meetings and Appointments:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, managing calendars to optimise team productivity

Report Preparation:

  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations, showcasing key insights for decision-making

Office Operations:

  • Engage in day-to-day office activities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

On-the-Job Training:

  • Apprentices will be actively involved in day-to-day administrative tasks within various departments, gaining practical experience in a real work environment

College Attendance/Release Days:

  • The training program will involve day release at Warrington & Vale Royal College
