What you will do in your working day

  • Producing food to the highest quality for our guests 
  • Ensuring our kitchens are of 5* EHO standards 
  • Supporting the head chef to ensure our businesses are prepared for success 

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Senior Production Chef / Chef de Partie
  • Majority of training is in-house via dedicated Apprenticeship coach, with 4x masterclass workshops delivered externally 
  • 6 hours per week will be dedicated to the apprentice's development 
  • Functional Skills included, if required.

We're looking to grow our own talent and future leaders (Head Chefs and Pub Managers) - this apprenticeship is the stepping stone to growing with Chilled Pubs into our leaders of the future
