What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

On completion of the apprenticeship the opportunity is there to gain full-time employment within the engineering team and to progress into a supervisory role and with the right attitude and initiative on to department management and project management.

Things to consider

A&P Falmouth (Falmouth Docks) is a ship repair and refit yard. The successful candidates will be working in the Machine Section of a large Engineering Workshop and occasionally on board ships in the dry dock. The dock yard runs 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
