Summary
This is a rare opportunity to work directly for the sonographer, completing all administration duties for this small, busy team. You will be expected to be always organised and professional, along with being discreet, empathetic and compassionate towards patients. Duties include making appointments and following up referrals.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
- Level 3 Business Administrator standard:
- All training will be carried out within the workplace. You are not required to attend college
- You will train towards an advanced level standard
- Functional Skills at level 2 if required
- The employer will train the candidate on the specific job role

We are looking for someone that can drive. Mileage allowance will be paid plus other benefits You may need to work on Saturdays if requested, with a day off during the week. Please note- Some of the clinics are 8:00am-6:00pm and mainly in Southend and Canvey Island. We are very mindful of new Apprentices and logistics.
