What you will do in your working day

  • The broad purpose of the occupation is to support the FM team on all activities of soft and hard services.
  • Cleaning, catering, reception, security, waste, mechanical and electrical engineering, plumbing and health and safety.
  • As a member of the FM team, to assist with overall maintenance of the building.
  • Carry out given tasks as directed and required, seeking advice and support as necessary.
  • Support conducting routine inspections of the premises and equipment as directed.
  • Admin tasks.
  • Be prepared to be hands on and learn on the job.
  • To take responsibility for personal health and safety.

The training you will be getting

  • You will work towards your Level 2 Facilities Service Operative qualification across a total duration of 12 months!
  • Training delivered in a blended format, with online learning and face-to-face sessions within the workplace
  • An allocated tutor will support you throughout the apprenticeship!
