This is an exciting opportunity, offering the successful applicants access to both on and off the job training. Gain hands on experience in a Recruitment agency, whilst obtaining your level 2 Recruitment Resourcer qualfication.

What you will do in your working day
Collaborating closely with Recruitment Consultants and Hiring Managers to understand the requirements & specifications of live vacancies.
Conduct thorough research and utilise various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates from various channels such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, Internal database & Professional networking.
Screening CV using our internal candidate profile questionnaire, evaluating Qualifications, Skills, aspiration for moving/development.
Arrange screening meetings with one of the Consultants in the team to discuss specific vacancies.
The training you will be getting
- Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer qualification
- Fortnightly online zoom lessons
To successfully complete this apprenticeship the learner will need to complete one level 2 knowledge qualification and one level 2 competency qualification as listed below: Knowledge:
- Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing
- Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing
Apprentices must achieve level 1 English and maths and take the test for level 2 prior to taking their EPA
