What you will do in your working day

Duties will include:

  • Email copy invoices to customers
  • Liaise with customers to supply purchase order number over the phone or email
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Filing
  • Dealing with order number enquiries to completion of invoice
  • Inputting data
  • Dealing with customers face to face, over the phone and electronically
  • Other general business administrative duties required for the company
