This vacancy is for a Administration / Marketing / Sales Apprentice based in Barton, Lancashire. As the Sales & Marketing Administration Assistant your duties and responsibilities include providing support across key aspects of the business which include sales & marketing.

What you will do in your working day
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ALL AREAS
Sales & Marketing support;
- Supporting sales managers on day-to-day duties
- Phone calls to potential customers & suppliers
- Updating Customer record management system on a regular basic
- Support on prospecting for new business
- Accompanying sales managers on site visits where applicable
- Email marketing
- Working with marketing tools such as Mail Chimp and Canva and supporting on customer campaigns
General ad hoc admin support across various areas within the business including sales, marketing and operations.
Working with all employees across these functions; supporting with office activities.
Support and learn our internal order management/inventory system.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments where needed for the sales team.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
To undertake any specific training as and when required.
To undertake any other reasonable duties which from time to time may be allocated.
The training you will be getting
- BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration, QCF
- (Functional Skills, Level 2 - Maths, English - if not already achieved)
