What you will do in your working day

  • Support consultants on the Temporaries Division on an administrative basis as well as assist with Payroll inputting and new starter information
  • Manage & record candidate and client information accurately on the database and comply with all relevant employment legislation, employee rights and responsibilities
  • Meet & greet candidates and complete initial interview paperwork with them
  • Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief
  • Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
  • Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
  • Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate's applications are processed efficiently
  • Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
  • Initiate, manage and develop candidate and client relationships once established into the role
  • Understand & support the sales process and provide 1st line support to the Temps Consultants
  • Scanning & matching files to candidate records/Process candidates ID into the in-house bespoke system
  • Input and manage weekly administrative reports for Management
  • Send out daily post & collect incoming post to be distributed accordingly
  • Assist with mailshots - both paper & electronic
  • General filing and other administrative duties relevant to the division
