Things to consider

Due to location of the airfield own transport is required as there are no public transport links. Summer hours are longer with a 18.00 finish time. We are open all bank holiday’s with the exception on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Occasionally you may be asked to cover weekends with days off in the week in lieu. A ‘can do’ attitude, willing to get stuck in, take accountability for decisions and actions and take pride in your work. Ability to prioritise and manage your workload. A willingness and ability to adapt in a dynamic and sometimes fast paced environment. Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with students and other staff members across the businesses. Reliability and honesty. Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

About the employer
