What you will do in your working day

Main Duties:

  • Monitor and reply to texts and emails and social media messages
  • Book appointments and arrange skin tests/consultations with clients
  • Create monthly attendance trackers and fill them out daily
  • Monthly stock checks
  • Notify employers of unauthorised student absences
  • Post to Instagram and Facebook Daily (Reels, Academy Pictures, and Canva posts)
  • Replenish and wash towels and aprons throughout the day
  • Ensure stock cupboards are neat and presentable
  • Pack away tools and equipment left out by students
  • Wipe the trainers’ boards
  • Replenish Toiletries and Tea and coffee
  • Remove hair from hairbrushes
  • Wipe down trolleys, sinks, and surfaces
  • Ensure all laptops are charging overnight in in the classroom
  • Communicate models with the trainers (i.e., what we have booked in for the day, and what models they need for exams/what they do not need)
  • Take client payments
  • Send academy updates to all learners/employers
  • Make edits to register if required
