What you will do in your working day

Working in the service and repair team, you’ll be working with the operation of repairs and learning how to support the service repair team.

You will learn:

  • Swapping out faulty devices
  • Ensuring repaired devices meet customer requirements
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Helping manage the repair workloads
  • Maintaining documentation
  • Resolving issues

Any other reasonable tasks delegated by your line manager.
