What you will do in your working day

  • Undertaking general office duties including scanning POD files and filing all paper POD’s
  • Answering phones and building confidence to speak with the customer base
  • Leaning the basic PC operating systems
  • Developing the skills and knowledge to progress in the use of the PC system
  • Learning and training in all areas of the transport / logistics sector both UK and exporting of freight
  • Learning and on the job training of the customer and transport portal

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administrator (an industry recognised Qualification) delivered via a combination of face to face and virtual visits
  • Self-led study with access to the online portal for portfolio
  • On the job training and activities, within the workplace
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English if required

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
