What you will do in your working day

You will rotate teams each year. Each team offers a new perspective and challenge.See below for a few examples:

  • Image Signal Processing – efficiently processing images
  • Memory Controller Node – controls interaction between memory and CPU
  • System Memory Management Unit – address translation and memory management

The training you will be getting

  • BEng (Honours) Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology
  • Onsite at Sheffield Hallam University
  • Day release

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

After graduation the apprentice becomes a Hardware Engineer.
