The Outdoor Education team work with the Director of Outdoor Education to run safe, enjoyable and enriching Outdoor Learning sessions for students across the Bohunt Education Trust. We are looking for an apprentice who loves exploring the Outdoors and wants to develop their career in this area.

    Term-time only plus 2 summer weeks (paid for 41 weeks plus 6.2 weeks’ holiday) Monday to Friday (less weekly hours would be considered) Shifts to be confirmed.

What you will do in your working day

  • Assist other leaders in providing Outdoor Learning which develops students who are game-changers
  • Provide excellent instruction, communication, engagement, and safe management in the delivery of your work
  • Lead high-quality outdoor activity provision as experience and competence progresses
  • Support the development of Outdoor Education in BET
  • Assist in administration and the upkeep and maintenance of equipment as required

  • Bushcraft Personal Skills
  • Walking & Navigation Skills – 2 days
  • Training will be onsite in our Schools
