What you will do in your working day

  • Reporting to the Office Manager

Duties will include:

  • Bookkeeping
  • VAT Returns
  • Accounts Preparation
  • Assistance with Self-Assessment tax returns
  • Client liaison, managing client expectations
  • Administration tasks
  • Corporation tax returns
  • Self-Assessment tax returns
  • Assistance with Payroll - FPS + EPS including CIS reconciliation
  • Log Off the Job Learning Hours as part of the apprenticeship programme

The training you will be getting

  • Accounts or Finance Assistant Level 2 Apprentice Standard
  • College attendance - City Campus 1 day per week in term time
  • AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting

  • Excellent career definition to progress through the AAT accredited levels for the hard working and aspirational candidate.
  • Plus studying for further qualifications can be discussed once AAT passed.
