    Full time and such additional hours as are necessary for the proper fulfilment of the role, although would consider an element of flexible working. Based in Ipswich, with travel dependent on business needs from time to time. Days and times to be confirmed.

What you will do in your working day

  • Attending workshops, and participating in as many learning opportunities as possible
  • Assisting within the following departments: Operations, HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing and IT
  • Observing health and safety procedures
  • Completing all tests, presentations, and other required evaluations
  • Working in the office and traveling to other sites and / or offices when required
  • Positively receiving feedback
  • Attending meetings and offering suggestions for improvement
  • Keeping a log of everything learned
  • Building professional relationships with colleagues and clients

The training you will be getting

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3 Qualification through Learning Curve Group. 

You will be taught through:

  • 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
  • 20% Off The Job Training
  • The course is a 14-17 months programme

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Upon successful completion of the qualification, the apprentice would be eligible for a full time role.
