What you will do in your working day

Job Purpose and Key Objectives:

  • Providing sales and after sales administrative support to the sales team
  • Processing sales orders
  • Helping customers with enquiries - email and phone
  • Providing customers with quotes when required
  • Liaising with other departments to update and obtain missing information relating to orders
  • Check data accuracy on orders
  • To understand the stock purchasing process 

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administrator 
  • Apprentices will attend online sessions once a month,
    and complete all other training in the workplace,
    and should have regular reviews with their Line
    Manager. An Apprenticeship Trainer will visit
    regularly in the workplace, to deliver input and
    review the apprentice’s progress
