What you will do in your working day

  • Producing and processing customer and supplier invoices and receipts 
  • Creating financial reports on debtors and creditors 
  • Handling customer and supplier queries efficiently 
  • Recognising and using different accounting approaches to ensure efficiency 
  • Recording and analysing financial data 

The training you will be getting

  • You’ll study towards a Level 3 Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship Standard and gain on-the-job experience by getting involved in multiple finance functions

For the assistant accountant, the qualification required is:

  • AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting
  • AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting
