What you will do in your working day

  • Coordinate and track bid activities in conjunction with the Account Managers
  • Create new opportunities in the pipeline database, updating where necessary
  • Coordinate inputs and collate documents for bid submissions
  • Organise kick off meetings and gate reviews
  • Monitor and manage the Bid Team mailbox
  • Monitor portals and download documents where necessary
  • Portal tender response allocation, hastening (where necessary), collation, and submission
  • Adhere to bid governance processes
  • Support Bid Manager and Head of Bids as required

The training you will be getting

You will be working toward Level 3 Bid & Proposal Apprenticeship with RHG through online delivery session.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

There are many different routes within Wates after successful completion.

Move into a permanent role, Trainee Management programme.
