What you will do in your working day

As an apprentice, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the team with all aspects of day-to-day administration and general office duties
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Ordering stationery supplies, DVD’s, duplications etc
  • Issuing invoices and chasing for payment
  • Processing invoices – keeping a folder in order & passing for payment when due
  • Filing
  • Updating databases
  • Updating website
  • Typing letters
  • Checking emails on a daily basis
  • Maintaining printers e.g., checking ink levels, refilling paper tray
  • Completing sales report

The training you will be getting

  • Business Administration Level 3 Standard, 18 months practical with an additional 2 months End Point Assessment period
  • Functional skills in maths, English (if required)
  • As an apprentice, you will undertake 'off the job' training to develop the required knowledge, skills and behaviours of the apprenticeship standard during your normal working hours
