    Holiday entitlement is 33 days (inclusive of bank/public holidays) We have a host of different employment benefits including access to a healthcare plan after 3 months, casual dress code, car share scheme, quarterly team and charity days.

    Work hours are, Monday to Thursday 9am until 5.30pm, Friday 9am until 3pm The Job is office based in our Southwell office. You will be required to work here a minimum of two days a week, with the remainder of the week based at home.

What you will do in your working day

This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, report generation, and providing recommendations to support decision making. As the apprenticeship progresses, you will have opportunities to carry out data engineering and have further exposure to new cloud computing projects.   • Gathering and cleaning data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and online platforms. This may involve using programming languages like SQL or JavaScript and data analysis tools like Excel or Zoho.
  • Conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to support business decisions. This may involve creating visualisations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders across the company.
  • Collaborating with colleagues from other functions such as marketing, finance, and operations to understand their data needs and provide them with reports and recommendations to support their goals. This may involve attending meetings and presenting findings to management.

Things to consider

The Job is office based in our Southwell office a minimum of two days a week and when working from home you will be staying in regular contact through Zoom and MS Teams. This job unapologetically online / on screen. However, with the flexibility that fantastic global internet coverage provides you will be able to work remotely anywhere in the world for up to 4 consecutive weeks a year. In addition, employees are entitled to a 3-month unpaid sabbatical after 4 years of continuous employment plus a host of other employee benefits.
