What you will do in your working day

As a Finance Apprentice, you’ll gain knowledge and experience in a real-life business environment, with tasks involving financial reporting and management accounting. The programme will allow you to gain a great understanding of the different areas of Finance and be involved in the day-to-day activities of our finance function.  
 
Alongside your role, you’ll complete a Level 3 Assistant Accountant apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will take between 18 and 21 months and will include an end point assessment. We’ll give you plenty of support and study time alongside your permanent role to achieve this. 
 
When you complete the Level 3 apprenticeship, you’ll achieve your Assistant Accountant Level 3 Apprenticeship ​and an AAT Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting. 

The training you will be getting

  • You’ll complete a Level 3 Assistant Accountant apprenticeship.
  • AAT Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting.
  • You will be fully supported with training/study time one day a week as well as on the job training.
