What you will do in your working day

Your duties include but not limited to:

  • Answering telephone
  • Dealing with queries
  • Inputting customer orders
  • Checking customer and supplier invoices
  • Checking emails & dealing with accordingly
  • Contacting customers whose accounts are overdue
  • Allocating customer payments

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Programme:

  • Relevant training will be provided through Lancaster and Morecambe College
  • Functional Skills in maths and English may be required
