What you will do in your working day

  • Ensuring all queries on accounting and management information issues are dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Ensuring invoices are filed and payments dispatched promptly with the relevant supporting documents
  • Answering incoming calls and emails within the department

The training you will be getting

Working towards the Accounts or Finance Assistant Apprenticeship Standard. Attendance at Hertford Regional College one day per week to achieve the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting.

Things to consider

This is role is based at our head office in Harlow, Essex, however there will be opportunities to view our end product (at shows, exhibitions or clients premises). Any costs relating to travel required will be covered by the company. This is an office based desk role involving reasonably long periods of computer use
