What you will do in your working day

•You will innovate solutions to people-related matters and provide sound advice to colleagues in line with company policy.
•Work with our global specialists to lead and project manage initiatives for roll-out to include using data, creating resources and communications.
•Develop and improve existing U.K policies to improve our employee experiences.
•Work on a range of HR processes and implement new ideas, using evidence-based decisions for people solutions.
•Own aspects of our Global People development activities such as talent management, coaching managers and developing and implementing annual people plans.
•Use HR systems to maintain our employee records and data analytics when requested by stakeholders.
