What you will do in your working day

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and temporary workers both over the telephone, via email and face to face
  • Process payroll accurately and to company deadlines
  • Providing full administrative support to the branch
  • Delivering a high-quality service in line with company values

The training you will be getting

  • Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service Practitioner
  • You will do your training in our Gloucester branch and benefit from virtual training sessions from our inhouse training team with a dedicated trainer, throughout your working week
  • Functional Skills in maths and English, if required

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • You could then have the opportunity to work towards becoming a Recruitment consultant and potentially other roles in the future
