What you will do in your working day

  • Collaborate with the store team to create a positive customer experience
  • Lifting carpets, restocking, reordering, organising shop floor
  • Provide top-notch service for pre-sales, order completions, and post-sales inquiries
  • Resolve complaints professionally, escalating when needed
  • Assist in implementing promotions and maintaining attractive displays. Contribute to store housekeeping and report to the Store Manager regularly
  • Stay informed about products, adapt to changes, and participate in training sessions
