Things to consider

Work is generally based outside and undertaken throughout the year, so apprentices will frequently work outside in all weathers. A wide range of machinery and tools are used and additional training may be required depending on the nature of the works undertaken. Experience with using petrol two stroke grass/hedge cutting equipment is preferable but not essential. Experience with ride on grass- cutting equipment and tractor driving is preferable but not essential. A full clean UK driving license is desirable as may be required to drive company vehicles.
