What you will do in your working day

As an apprentice you will:

  • Work on the full range of CLAAS products together with other complimentary agricultural and horticultural machinery.
  • Assist with the servicing of agricultural machinery
  • Assist with pre delivery inspections on new machines
  • Assist with the diagnosis and repair of complex faults in agricultural machinery
  • Participate in off the job learning
  • Keep the workplace clean and tidy

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Land-Based Service Engineering Technician Apprenticeship Standard
  • Attend the CLAAS Academy in Bury St Edmunds for 31 weeks over the 4-year apprenticeship programme along with participating in virtual learning when instructed
