What you will do in your working day

To assist their experienced consultants with day to day recruitment. This includes not only back office support but the opportunity to learn how to become a Recruiter and gives great career prospects when you complete the apprenticeship.

Main Duties:

  • Collaborate closely with their seasoned consultants to identify candidates for available job positions
  • Engage with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and preferences
  • Post new job listings on various platforms, maintaining a direct line of communication with consultants to ensure accuracy and optimise application numbers
  • Facilitate the dispatch of interview confirmations and job descriptions via email
  • Registering new candidates into their system
  • Handle incoming calls through their phone system and direct them to the appropriate team member
