What you will do in your working day

  • Be the first point of contact for all new managers joining the business and ensure they receive an engaging and inspiring induction and training period
  • Work with the wider People Team and business to implement a robust Apprenticeship programme which supports Apprentices throughout their journey and career
  • Provide administrative support and be the guardian of the ASK Italian Journey and LMS platform, ensuring that training modules and workbooks are distributed when requested and training records are kept up to date and legally compliant
  • Support the restaurants as a first port of call for any training-related queries
  • Proactively recommend system and process improvements to increase efficiencies and improve the end user’s experience
  • Act as a product owner across elements of the employee lifecycle, setting / reporting on key KPI’s and proactively identifying continuous improvement opportunities
  • Support the Training team to ensure training content is kept up to date and relevant
  • Ready to step in to provide administrative support and get involved in ad hoc project work when required
  • General administrative support for the People team as and when required

The training you will be getting

  • The Qualification on offer here is the level 3 Learning and Development practioner Apprenticeship
  • We will also support gaining qualifications in level 2 functional skills (if required)
  • The training is carried out by our expert partners at cHRysos who specialise in development
  • The training takes place online, in blocks

Opportunity to study further - toward the level 5 Learning and development cosultant business partner (level 5).
