What you will do in your working day

As a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice, you will be actively involved in many aspects of the recruitment process, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the success of the team.

Tasks will include:

* Candidate sourcing & screening

* Client interaction

* Job advertising and marketing

* Database management

* Market research

* Learning and development

* Reporting

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Recruitment Consultant

The training will be delivered by Woodspeen Training Limited which is based in Shoreditch, London. The apprentice will attend remote training based from home or the workplace. 

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, the expected career progression is to be taken on as a Junior Recruitment Consultant, who would work closely with experienced consultants.

Things to consider

This apprenticeship requires the successful candidate to work in the London office on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and the other three days they will work from home.
