What you will do in your working day

  • Undertaking of reception duties, answering the phones, signing visitors in
  • To provide general clerical/admin support across the team e.g photocopying, filing, emailing, telephone calls and general typing
  • To undertake routine administration task
  • To operate computerised records/information/communication systems and carry out other IT based tasks
  • Working with sage
  • Invoicing customers, sending job cards
  • Helping to prepare with Audits
  • Supporting the transport manager with downloading drivers’ infringements, updating drivers licence checks, updating vehicle folders
  • Attend meetings with senior staff
  • Help update policies and procedures within the company
