What you will do in your working day

  • Liaising with landlords / vendors - giving updates and suggestions on marketing their properties
  • Taking incoming enquiry calls from prospective buyers and efficiently booking them into the diary, also helping the new lettings team taking new tenant enquiries and booking in viewings - note full training will be given on our agency software package
  • Making out - going calls to discuss feedback from viewings and begin offer negotiations alongside the sales manager
  • Completing sales progression tasks alongside the sales manager
  • Returning missed calls / voicemails
  • Admin tasks - post, letters, general administration and marketing
  • Resolving customer queries

The training you will be getting

You will work towards the Level 3 Business Administrator standard with Gateshead College.
