Asbestos Control & Treatment Ltd (ACT) sit in a highly competitive market for Asbestos removal, remediation and encapsulation. They have a team of experienced and qualified estimators who can provide a pragmatic, cost effective, innovative and professional response. They will always give the best advice on any asbestos problem. The years of experience within the asbestos industry permit us to always provide a lasting solution. Getting it right the first time is one of our core values. Main duties & Responsibilities: * Deal with incoming enquires via telephone and email * Manage office files ensuring correct documentation is available for site work * Carry out audits and archiving of employer files * Decanting of office files, * Ensure waste removal processes are followed and necessary arrangements made * Act as first point of contact for all clients and staff Desired skills: * Excellent communication skills * Able to work in a team * Good time management * Ability to prioritise workloads * Attention to detail Desired Personal Qualities: * Confident * Reliable * Outgoing * Trustworthy Desired Qualifications: * GCSE English and Maths A-C or 4-9 Future prospects * Opportunity to progress within the business
