What you will do in your working day

  • To provide effective and efficient administrative support for the Business Development team to involve a range of activities such as preparation for events and preparation for business development visits and maintaining stock of literature
  • To work with the marketing team to promote our service to employers and applicants and be responsible for the Business Centre daily social media
  • To enter and maintain accurate information onto the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • To attend careers fairs and employer events to promote the College in a positive way
  • To provide a front line Customer Service function for the Business Centre by handling incoming calls and the enquiry process and ensuring all customer relations are maintained to high standards
  • To provide effective administration support to the Business Centre teams through data entry and organisation of applicant details
