What you will do in your working day

  • You will have the opportunity to gain experience across a broad range of administration tasks including the efficient scheduling of meetings and events, providing administrative support for meetings where required including taking minutes and producing agendas.
  • One apprentice will be based in the team of the Managing Director.  Within the role you will help to provide support to the Executive and Business Manager and wider Senior Leadership Team at Nexus.  You will also deal with corporate governance matters and information governance including Freedom of Information and Data Protection.
  • One apprentice will be based in the Planning team within Infrastructure Delivery. You will also experience presentations, report writing, Infrastructure access planning and financial administration.

  • Level 3 Business Administration qualification
  • Location - Newcastle Upon Tyne
  • Day release one day a week for college
