What you will do in your working day

  • Help innovate and drive ambitions for social and environmental change
  • Help support the implementation and monitoring of our Environment Social and Governance Strategy, evaluate Equality Impact Assessments, and be an ambassador for Corporate Social Responsibility across a large organisation
  • Collaborate with members of the Corporate Planning and Safety and Assurance teams, as well as interact with internal stakeholders across Nexus
  • Contribute to policy development, monitor data, and assist on workstreams that relate to the key areas of our Corporate Social Responsibility Statement

The training you will be getting

You will gain a Level 4 qualification, equivalent to a Foundation Level Degree. Over 36 months, you will have a structured development programme with the ability to gain experience working across several teams at Nexus.

This is a workplaced based apprenticeship.

Location is Newcastle Upon Tyne. There will be some travel around the Tyne and Wear area.
