Things to consider

Your primary workplace will be our Nottingham office, embracing a hybrid working model. After your first two years on the programme, for development reasons we may encourage you to consider basing yourself at one of our operational sites in the UK, which at present include Sheffield and London. Depending on your placements, you could be expected to work in the office between 1-3 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home on other days (however, this will depend upon the placement). Company-funded travel will be required, and you may have placement opportunities at other E.ON sites across the UK.  Your academic journey will involve day release, meaning you will spend one day per week (for around 24 weeks each year) on the university’s city campus. Our market leading benefits package includes 26 days’ holiday plus eight bank holidays, a generous pension scheme, and the chance to choose from 20 flexible benefits, including the option to buy up to two weeks’ extra holiday.
