What you will do in your working day

Your duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Create legal correspondence/documents through dictation
  • Take and produce minutes from internal staff meetings
  • Adhere to GDPR and maintain confidentiality in all tasks
  • Support with and gradually learn the business processes and
  • elements undertaken by the MD
  • Create, adapt and maintain Excel Spreadsheets
  • Produce HR related documents when requested
  • Support with and gradually undertake tasks from an operational point of view
  • Diary management

The training you will be getting

An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be
expected to work towards the Business Administrator Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Permanent employment upon successful completion of your apprenticeship.

Having a vehicle would be helpful to facilitate moving between offices. The firm can assist with covering business insurance which can be expensive when younger.
