What you will do in your working day

As part of this role, you will assist the Franchise owner in a variety of tasks including: 

  • Assist the Franchise owner in Recruitment and Marketing activities, with a focus on basic social media tasks to enhance brand visibility
  • Manage staff effectively by overseeing day-to-day operations and fostering a positive team environment
  • Handle various administrative duties, including managing emails, handling calls, and maintaining effective communication channels
  • Contribute to staff development through active participation in training days, ensuring the team is well-equipped with essential skills and knowledge
  • Take a pivotal role in Event Management, collaborating on planning and executing various events to promote the franchise
  • Engage in a diverse range of tasks beyond the core responsibilities, contributing to the overall growth and success of the franchise

The training you will be getting

  • You will work towards completing a level 3 Business Administration qualification
  • Training will delivered mostly remotely with some face to face teaching by EEVT
  • The employer will give you time out of your working week to focus on your qualification
