What you will do in your working day

You should be a great team player, be able to multi-task, work as a team member, have good computer skills with a professional approach at all times.

Daily duties:

• Answering the telephone in a professional manner.
• Demonstrate your knowledge of office systems.
• Display exceptionally good communication skills by interacting with customers.
• Dealing with customer queries in a professional manner.
• Communicating via email/phone.
• Working on bespoke IT systems. (Full training will be given).
• General office duties.

The training you will be getting

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
  • All training will be completed in the workplace

The Customer Service role can be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management positions or senior support and team leader roles.
