What you will do in your working day

  • Speaking to candidates via the telephone in regards to their applications
  • Responding to email and telephone enquiries
  • Collating information and data onto spreadsheets
  • Following up with learners in regards to their application status
  • Reviewing and searching for suitable CVs
  • Meeting and greeting clients who come into the branch
  • Providing excellent customer care skills at all times
  • Researching for leads and generating call lists for the sales team
