What you will do in your working day

To work at a high level of initiative to support the Company:

  • Ensuring learner bookings are confirmed within KPI’s
  • Completing calls to Managers to request confirmation of learners
  • Ensure system is up to date with non or early arrivals
  • Liaising with hotels on apprentice requirements
  • Answering/transferring internal and external calls
  • Review and call self-managed venues and feedback to Programme account manager
  • Support team members in chasing venues for online feedback/issue submissions where needed
  • Provide training for hotels and clients on the HG One Stop ServAce learner booking system
  • Manage Apprentice Inbox, ensuring emails are responded to in a 2-hour timeframe
  • Support team with RFQ process and venue chasing
  • Support the Apprentice team to achieve overall Apprentice HG ServAce targets
  • Work as part of a small team providing flexibility to support other team members in all areas of the business

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard which includes:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
